What Does an 80 Paydex Score Mean?An 80 Paydex score means “prompt”. Prompt says you pay good enough to get almost any “vendor/supplier” line of credit for your business. It does not necessarily mean you will get a major credit card or a bank line of credit. (see chart below)
How do I get an 80 Paydex Score?First you must register your business with Dun & Bradstreet. Next you need to submit some vendor/supplier trade references (meaning some accounts where they have given your business some time (example: net 10, or net30 terms) to pay for the purchase. You can also submit to DnB vendors/suppliers who extended “cash terms” or COD (meaning you must pay at the time you make the purchase for your business). Once you have submitted at least (4) four trade references and they are being paid in a “prompt” manner, more than likely you will receive an 80 Paydex score from DnB. What vendor/suppliers report to DnB within 30 days?(Note: We do not guarantee approval or that these vendors still open net 30 accounts.)
New Vendor Subscription Service:We have a list of thousands of national vendors and suppliers who report to DnB, Experian and in some cases Equifax. Cost: $199 per month How It Works: If you continue to get declined and you have not made the necessary changes to be approved, you might consider cancelling your subscription and save your money.
